The Quality Policy of Software Technology Parks of India is ensured across all our processes, interfaces and outputs - in management, core and support processes. It helps delight customer through total quality performance of all its services in terms of quality culture, quality cost, quality delivery schedule, long term excellence and ultimately predictability of returns.
We aim to comply with the requirements of our ISO Certification and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Information Security Policy

Software Technology Parks of India is committed to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all physical and electronic information assets to ensure that regulatory, operational and contractual requirements are fulfilled. The overall goals for information security at STPI are the following :
Ensure compliance with current laws, regulations and guidelines

  1. To comply with requirements for confidentially, integrity and availability for employees and other users
  2. To establish controls for protecting information and information systems against theft, abuse and other forms of harm and loss
  3. To motivate administrators and employees to maintain the responsibility for, ownership of and knowledge about information security, in order to minimize the risk of security incidents.
  4. To ensure that organization is capable of continuing their services even if major security incidents occur.
  5. To ensure the protection of personal data (privacy)
  6. To ensure the availability and reliability of the network infrastructure and the services supplied and operated by STPI
  7. To comply with methods from international standards for information security, e.g. ISO/ISMS 27001
  8. To provide dependable Wide Band High Speed Data Communication facilities in line with International Standards
  9. To ensure and improve business continuity by use of state of the art technology and upgrading skills and knowledge of personnel.
